Return & Exchange Policy

At HNH GLAM STUDIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.


14-Day Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your items.

  • Requests made after the 14-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like accessories or intimate wear cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Ship the Item: Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to our designated warehouse address.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or brand (such as Sapphire, Nishat, or Saya), we will process the new shipment once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
